Millcraft has several projects under way as the portfolio is continually growing.

The Gardens at Market Square

Millcraft Hospitality is currently providing management services for the development of The Gardens at Market Square.

The Gardens Project, which will be designed to be LEED certified, will be comprised of a 197 room Hilton Garden Inn, approximately 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, approximately 23,000 square feet of retail space and a 330 car parking garage all in the Central Business District of Downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

It is estimated that this project will be completed in the Fall/Winter of 2015 at a cost of nearly $90 million.

Microtel Inn & Suites Beaver, Beaver Falls, PA

The 79 room hotel will be situated on the Beaver County Airport grounds conveniently located near a variety of attractions.  It is estimated that this project will be completed by Fall 2015.

Stoney Ridge Development

Plans are to build two new hotels at the site next to Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca.  One will be a mid-priced extended stay hotel and the other is expected to be full-service.  It is anticipated that ground breaking for the first hotel will begin by mid-summer 2015.

 Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon

The 103 room facility will be built at the Lincoln Hills Commons development in North Huntingdon.  The hotel will feature amenities such as wired and Wi-Fi access throughout the property, free hot breakfast served each day, a 24-hour business center, as well as a fitness center and indoor swimming pool.
